Feel the Power! Feel the Beat!
Once again, my foreign music agent has given me a very valuable record, Disco Club by Balck Devil. Black Devil is the best electro disco this side of 1978. It was produced back then in a suburb of Paris, by Out Records all on low-fi synths and tape loops. Joachim Sherylee and Junior Claristidge created this amazing disco hit in a time that knew no digital reverb. It has a dirty sound and some rather spaced out vocals, that are near inaudible, but it is way worth a listen. The album version have was put together by Rephlex records after it favor with the creme de la creme of the electronic scene (Richard D. James anyone?).
